Assessment of Asset Management Systems

Scout evaluates current systems used by First Nations to manage assets and provides recommendations to improve efficiency and worker productivity, reduce downtime of equipment repairs/replacement, and identify cost savings

Scout supports First Nations by identifying and selecting a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) that best addresses First Nation’s needs for asset management. A CMMS can support a First Nation through:

  • Extending life of assets and equipment
  • Scheduling preventative maintenance
  • Organizing work flows
  • Automating and streamlining work orders
  • Managing inventory
  • Maintaining equipment records

Scout can also assist with the implementation of a CMMS system
