Assessment of Asset Management Systems
Scout evaluates current systems used by First Nations to manage assets and provides recommendations to improve efficiency and worker productivity, reduce downtime of equipment repairs/replacement, and identify cost savings.
Scout supports First Nations by identifying and selecting a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) that best addresses First Nation’s needs for asset management. A CMMS can support a First Nation through:
- Extending life of assets and equipment
- Scheduling preventative maintenance
- Organizing work flows
- Automating and streamlining work orders
- Managing inventory
- Maintaining equipment records
Scout can also assist with the implementation of a CMMS system.
